Kate's 25th Birthday

My younger sister Kate's birthday falls on December 25th, aka Christmas. While I think it would be so hard to have a birthday that day Kate never complains once. Since this was her Golden Birthday this year her BFF's went all out. They sent out snail mail invitations which are my favorite!!!

After dinner we went to Mr. Lucky's the local bar and had a blast. I don't know why but Kate and her friends love taking photos with this plant so photos we took!! 

I love my sissy and was so glad I was able to celebrate her birthday with her!!

Birthday Part 2- A Day of FUN

Saturday stated out with the May Fair at Tenley's school! It was such a fun way to start the day!

Next stop Mumm! Danielle set up a private tasting with a cheese pairing!! 

I love that she is in this industry!

Looks amazing huh? I thought so too! Long story short the fire alarm went off right after he explained all the champagne and cheese tastings. We had to evacuate the building :( We made up for it by having lunch at Rutherford Grill but didn't get to try any of the above. When they did re-open we ran by to buy some champagne! 

Next stop was Canvas & Cabernet!

I could not think of a better way to celebrate my 26th birthday with my closest friends! I mean wine, girls, painting, music, and did I mention wine? SO MUCH FUN!!

Birthday Part 1- The Dead Fish

My 26th Birthday was a couple weeks ago!! The celebration began with Heidi, Mary, Summer, Laura, Britney, and myself at the Dead Fish! This is by far one of my favorite restaurants!!

We definitely took advantage of the no corkage fee!!

These ladies spoiled me to say the least!!

Bonnie's Birthday in Napa

On Saturday we celebrated Bonnie's Birthday!! Bonnie is a dear friend! When I had just graduated high school Bonnie called me up one day and asked if I wanted a job at the law office she worked at. Umm well yes, yes I do!! I have known Bonnie most of my life she has two daughters one of which is a year younger than me. I started DVC in the Fall of 2005 and started working there as well three full days a week! When I started I would have never imagined I would make lifelong friends there! This is a job I will never ever forget. We had the most fun office ever. I don't think I will ever ever experience an office like this in my lifetime. Anyways... there is five of us who get together at least once a month for happy hour and such. The last time we got together we decided to celebrate Bonnie's birthday we would do Napa for a day. Boy was it fun! The day started at Domaine Caneros which is the birthday girls favorite place! Koushiar and I made everyone a bag with a picnic lunch!

 The birthday girls favorite color is blue so that was the theme for the day!

 Each bag included pasta salad, sandwiches, Walker shortbread cookies, sour patch kids, & chocolate! Koushiar also brought brie and a baguette to share!!

We had so much fun!! Reliving funny stories from the office, making new memories together, and sipping on wine! What else could you need! It didn't hurt that it was 70 degrees and sunny in the wine country! Truly a day we will never forget!!

 We ended the day at Mumm. They have my favorite type of champagne, pinot noir champagne! It is my most favorite EVER! I discovered it a couple years ago at the Korbel winery! It was so delicious that I came home with 5 bottles from there! I do know Korbel and Mumm each make one but they are only sold at the winery's. I of course had to come home with a bottle! If they weren't $30 each I would buy a case!!

Happy Happy Birthday to Justin!!! My main man :) Today is Justin's 31st birthday, and while he would like to think it's just another day and try not remember he is one year older I LOVE to celebrate birthdays!! I think he will have a hard time forgetting his birthday today!!We have so many memories together that I just love, below you will see just some of my favorites!!
