Saw It. Pinned It. Did It. ~ A Valentine Edition

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!

This is my first time linking up with Katie and Stephanie for Saw It! Pinned It! Did It!
When Heidi said she wanted to make her kids Valentine's for school again this year I jumped on it!
She knows I'm a want to be crafter!

How cute are these for Jack!
All you needed was these sticky hands below, small clear bags, craft paper, and a printable!
Sticky hands: Target party favor section, $2 for a bag of 8 hands
Small Clear bags: Michael's
Craft Paper: Heidi already had but you could use any

They were super easy to make! Cut the sticky hands but keep them in their packaging so they don't stick and get yucky! Place in each bag. Cut your craft paper and staple to the top! Use cute scissors to cut the saying and glue on the craft paper! Have you child write their name on the back and VOILA!
Finished product!!

I think they turned out super cute!!

For Maddie and Tenley we found this cute pin!
All you need for this one is card stock, candy hearts, and cute ribbon!
Here is Maddie's final product!
And Tenley's final product!!

Both these Valentine's were pretty easy to make, super cheap, and adorable!!!

We all loaded up in two cars and headed out to a few great spots they know of. Then it was back to the house for hot chocolate, cookies, and milk. We then exchanged our Secret Santa gifts and played White elephant. I scored in both! My SS knows I love Starbucks and for my white elephant gift I scored a small tool kit! FTW. After presents we played games. It was such a fun night to get into the spirit of Christmas!!!

Catie's Bachelorette Bash

A couple weekends ago seven of us ladies headed to St. Helena for a Bachelorette bash! And a party it was.
Sarah her MOH made each girl a goodie bag for the weekend! I may or may not have helped with them :)
An itinerary was attached for all our weekend events! Each bag contained a tank top, Advil, and a plastic wine glass for the pool we lounged at!
My Dad is THE BEST EVER and made us all tank tops for the weekend!
My gift to her was these two robes as well as a beach bag with her new initials!
Happy bride to be!!

Sarah decorated with cute little panties! The best part was she got to take them all home!!
On Friday night each girl brought an app and wine pairing! Mine was this cheese platter which crackers and fruit along with a white wine!! It was yummy!!
Mini caprese salad skewers and red wine!
Bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers! Seriously sooo yummy!!
Delish crostini's with artichoke and pesto!! This was such an awesome idea because all the girls basically came with their apps ready and we were able to hang and chat all night and not be cooking away in the kitchen!
It was so hot we munched on food, sipped on wine, and traveled back and forth between the pool! To kick of the weekend we played some fun games provided by Jenna! She also interviewed Brad which really set the tone for the weekend when we had guess his answers!!
We laughed sooo hard!!
They were such fun games to get the weekend started!

This night didn't end until 2 AM. We swam, went in the hot tub, giggled, drank wine, maybe had a few shots, and had soo much fun celebrating this AMAZING women!! We had two preggers with us who were the best sports ever, you know they were up until the wee hours with us!! The best part... they drove and got us a late night pizza!! Smart women I tell ya!
Saturday morning we had brought in masseuse's to get massages and facials! It was amazing that we never had to leave. We woke up had a yummy breakfast and a few mimosas! We got our massages and soaked up the sun by the pool all day!
All the ladies for the weekend!
So much fun!!
She will be the most beautiful bride ever!!
Mid day we showered and got ready for the night! We brought in a personal chef for the evening! This was her surprise! You see she is from St. Helena and has been to all the amazing restaurants so Sarah really had to think of something that was amazing!
The staff came in a set the table for us!
Their was six small courses complete with a wine pairing for each!! To say it was delicious is an understatement!
Happy bride to be!!
Course 1- Vichyssoise, a silky smooth leek and potato soup, topped with a sprinkling of fresh chives!
Course 2- Butter lettuce, fresh peach slices, candied pecans, dressed with a house made limonato olive oil peach balsamic vinaigrette dressing!
Course 3- Pistachio encrusted halibut, served on wilted spinach!
Course 4- Cheese plate!
I didn't get a picture of the course 5 I was too busy enjoying it! It was by far my favorite!! Fillet slices resting on top of truffled risotto, surrounded with rich mushroom sauce! The fillet was the best I have ever had!!
The last one was desert which we enjoyed outside!! It was so so yummy! Fresh baked profiterole's filled with house made pistachio ice cream, drizzled with 53% milk chocolate ganache!!
I know this was the longest post ever but I had to include it all!! It was such an amazing weekend and a great send off to the soon to be Mrs. Taylor!! Love you sweet girl!!!
